The role supports beverage service and a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced shop.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea, milk tea, and specialty beverages to brand standards; take orders and process POS and cashier transactions.
- Provide customer service; maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene; handle, store, and prepare ingredients properly.
- Monitor stock and assist with replenishment; follow food safety and operating standards; support opening and closing.
- Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous bubble tea, café, coffee shop, or quick-service restaurant experience is preferred; beverage preparation and food safety knowledge is advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, energetic, customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,200–1,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
