Site & Logistics Coordinator – Civil Engineering | UAE Driving License Required
Role Overview
Provide on-site and logistical support to the Project Supervisor across active restaurant projects.
The role is field-based and coordinates supplier deliveries, site access, site meetings, measurements, site conditions, and follow-up of supervisor instructions.
This is a junior project-support position without responsibility for overall project management, technical approvals, procurement decisions, programme control, or contractor management.

This is a junior project-support position without responsibility for overall project management, technical approvals, procurement decisions, programme control, or contractor management.
Travel and Work Arrangement
- The role requires travel between multiple project sites and supplier locations.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required, and a company vehicle will be provided for project and supplier-related travel.
Site and Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate supplier and contractor visits and arrange delivery dates, times, and site access.
- Coordinate with landlords, malls, security, and site teams regarding supplier access and deliveries.
- Attend deliveries, check equipment and materials, photograph site conditions, and report missing or damaged items.
Measurements and Information Gathering
- Attend sites with suppliers, fabricators, and contractors to assist with measurements.
- Record dimensions, locations, levels, and site conditions and prepare basic site records.
- Confirm site conditions before fabrication and escalate discrepancies between drawings, measurements, and actual conditions.
Project Supervisor Support
- Assist with daily site coordination, follow-up activities, site inspections, snagging, and punch-list work.
- Follow up with suppliers and contractors on outstanding actions and provide updates.
- Assist with installation sequencing and collect warranties, manuals, delivery notes, photographs, and project information.
Delivery and Logistics Management
- Maintain planned supplier delivery records for assigned projects.
- Confirm access, loading areas, delivery restrictions, and site contacts.
- Coordinate delivery vehicles and arrival times and identify potential delivery conflicts.
Communication and Reporting
- Maintain records of site visits, supplier meetings, measurements, and delivery activities.
- Provide regular updates and immediately escalate site issues, delays, incorrect information, or supplier problems.
- Communicate supervisor instructions accurately and do not independently approve changes, technical solutions, or costs without authorization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Minimum two years of experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, hospitality, facilities, procurement, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Basic measurement, construction, smartphone, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office skills are listed.
