- Ensure work is executed as per
- approved shop drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with
- main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor
- project progress, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct
- site inspections, snagging, and final handover processes
- Prepare and raise
- inspection requests (WIR/MIR)
- and follow up for approvals
- Manage
- materials, manpower, and daily site operations
- Maintain
- site reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Ensure timely
- project completion within budget
