Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
- Ensure work follows approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Review drawings and support implementation using tools such as AutoCAD.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning, including pressure testing and flushing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards, including Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues and provide technical support.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering; the listing separately marks a bachelor’s degree as required.
- 4–8 years of experience, with UAE MEP contracting experience mandatory.
- The listing specifies 7 years of Plumbing Site Engineer experience as required.
