Qualifications and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in shoring and excavation works.
- UAE construction experience is preferred; major excavation or basement project experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with deep excavation and temporary support systems.
- Experience with secant piles, contiguous piles, sheet piles, soldier piles, strutting, ground anchors, and shotcrete.
- Ability to understand shoring drawings and construction details.
- Knowledge of excavation sequence, dewatering, and site safety requirements.
- Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors and coordinate with project site personnel.
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements for excavation and shoring work.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements.
- Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and daily work progress.
- Coordinate with the Shoring Engineer, Site Engineer, Surveyor, and Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements for excavation and shoring work.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time job.
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
