The Civil Foreman supervises daily construction activities on high-rise building projects.
The role reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Construction supervision
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to keep work progressing according to schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff; ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities; monitor quality standards and site productivity.
- Check manpower attendance and work performance daily; report material requirements and site issues to management.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities and maintain site housekeeping and organization.
Requirements
- Experience in high-rise building construction is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
- Five years of Dubai experience is preferred.
- Primary education is preferred.
- Immediate joining is requested.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
