Role overview
Manage daily operations of the company labour camp and worker accommodation facilities.
Camp administration
- Maintain updated employee and resident registers, room allocation records, occupancy records, and records of assets, furniture, equipment, keys, and other company property.
- Coordinate room changes, new employee accommodation, transfers, and departures.
- Prepare regular camp status reports for HR and management covering occupancy, maintenance, cleanliness, complaints, and outstanding issues.
Facilities and hygiene
- Monitor worker accommodation, room occupancy, and appropriate employee distribution.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of rooms, toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common areas.
- Coordinate daily cleaning, housekeeping, waste collection, pest control, and sanitation.
- Monitor water, electricity, air-conditioning, and other essential camp services; coordinate maintenance and timely repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections and report violations, unsafe conditions, and maintenance needs.
Worker welfare and safety
- Ensure workers follow camp rules, discipline, cleanliness, and accommodation regulations.
- Handle worker complaints and welfare concerns, escalating serious matters to HR or management.
- Coordinate with security on access control, visitors, incidents, and camp security.
- Monitor kitchen and dining facilities and coordinate food service and hygiene with catering staff.
- Support emergency preparedness, fire safety, evacuation procedures, and incident reporting; coordinate with HSE and HR on health, safety, welfare, and accommodation.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Five years of experience in Dubai is required.
- Immediate joiner only.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
