Prepares and serves hookah or shisha to customers in a lounge, cafe, or restaurant setting.
No experience is required; the role is open to freshers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble hookahs, fill bowls with flavored tobacco, and check that equipment is clean and working.
- Take orders for shisha flavors and drinks, recommend flavors and combinations, and support a positive customer experience.
- Light charcoal and manage heat for a smooth smoke.
- Keep the shisha area organized; clean pipes, change water, and dispose of used charcoal and tobacco.
- Follow safety protocols, including ventilation and safe hot-charcoal handling.
- Suggest snacks, beverages, and shisha accessories to increase sales.
- Process payments, including cash and POS transactions where applicable.
- Track shisha supplies, tobacco flavors, and accessories, and alert management when supplies need replenishment.
Pay
- AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
