Cleaning and maintenance
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain floors, surfaces, and equipment according to health and safety standards.
Food preparation and event support
- Help prepare ingredients and assemble dishes for chefs and kitchen staff.
- Assist with plating and serving food during events.
- Set up and break down dining areas before and after events.
- Assist during events to support timely service and guest satisfaction.
Inventory and safety
- Track supplies and stock levels, notify supervisors when items need ordering, and store food and supplies properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- Previous catering or food service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Comfort working in a kitchen environment with heat and noise.
Pay
- Full-time role paying AED 1,500–1,700 per month.
