About The Role
Ameera Talent Solutions is supporting a leading organisation in Riyadh to appoint a ServiceNow Technical Lead to take ownership of platform architecture, delivery, and technical governance across enterprise-scale environments.
This is not a support role.
This is a platform ownership position, where you will define how ServiceNow is designed, implemented, and scaled across the business, driving high-impact transformation through configuration-led, low-code solutions.
Platform Architecture & Design
Own and evolve the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform
Design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business and IT strategy
Implementation & Integration
Lead delivery across core modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
Oversee complex integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
Ensure data integrity, CMDB accuracy, and system interoperability
Development & Customisation
Drive configuration-first, low-code development using Flow Designer and App Engine
Oversee development of custom applications where required, ensuring maintainability
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Governance & Best Practices
Establish and enforce platform governance frameworks and technical standards
Minimise technical debt by promoting out-of-the-box capabilities over heavy customisation
Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the technical authority across ServiceNow delivery
Lead and mentor developers and consultants to drive high-quality outcomes
Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Provide clear visibility on platform performance, risks, and roadmap
Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends
Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and user experience
Drive initiatives that enhance platform adoption and business value
Required Experience
7+ years in IT, with 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
Proven track record as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, or Solution Architect
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Strong background across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies
CMDB and data modelling
Solid development capability in:
Javascript & Glide Api
REST/SOAP integrations
Deep understanding of:
Platform architecture
Upgrade-safe design
Governance and best practices
Cis (Preferred)
Additional certifications across modules are advantageous

Strong communicator who can operate across technical teams and senior stakeholders
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments

Salary: SAR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
