IT Project Manager – Enterprise Applications (Oracle) | Arabic Speaker

Overview

We are hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead delivery of enterprise IT and ERP programmes within large-scale environments in Saudi Arabia.

This role requires hands-on delivery ownership, strong stakeholder management, and experience working on Oracle-based enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, governance, closure)

· Manage enterprise IT / ERP implementations and rollouts

· Own timelines, budgets, risks, and overall delivery quality

· Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular reporting

· Lead cross-functional delivery teams

· Ensure alignment with enterprise and business objectives

Requirements

Project Manager (6+ years)

· 6+ years in IT Project / Program Management

· Experience delivering enterprise applications projects

· Strong understanding of Oracle or similar ERP systems

· Proven experience managing full project lifecycle

Senior Project Manager (10+ years)

· 10+ years in Project / Program Management/Client Facing

· 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).

· Experience leading large-scale enterprise programmes

· Strong stakeholder and leadership experience

· Ability to manage multiple projects or portfolios

·

Demonstrated P&L ownership, strong financial governance, and data‑driven decision-making.

·

Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic.

·

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.

·

Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC methodologies, and enterprise IT delivery models.

·

Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

·

Prior experience working in KSA, preferably with government or enterprise customers.
