A major consulting and transformation firm is hiring a Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead growth across Saudi Arabia.
This is a senior, relationship-driven role focused on opening doors, building executive-level partnerships, and generating qualified opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sector organisations as well private sector, must be very well connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business development and partnership strategy across Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across government, semi-government, and private sector
- Identify projects and opportunities early, before they enter procurement
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings
- Work alongside consulting and delivery teams to align client needs with firm capabilities
- Generate qualified opportunities and grow the sales pipeline
- Build strategic alliances that strengthen market position
- Provide market intelligence on emerging trends and investment initiatives
Requirements
- Established network across Saudi Arabia with access to senior decision-makers
- Background in business development, government relations, strategic partnerships, advisory, consulting, or executive leadership
- Experience engaging with government and semi-government entities
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Executive presence and credibility
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Saudi National
