Ameera Talent Solutions is supporting a large, enterprise-scale organisation in Saudi Arabia on a critical leadership hire within cybersecurity.

This is a regional CISO role with direct impact across the Middle East, focused on strengthening security maturity, aligning cyber strategy with business growth, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks.

This is a leadership position requiring someone who can operate at executive level, influence stakeholders, and build a robust security function at scale.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Defining and driving the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy across the region

• Leading enterprise-wide security governance, risk, and compliance initiatives

• Ensuring alignment with Saudi regulatory requirements, including NCA frameworks

• Owning incident response strategy and overall security posture

• Acting as the senior cybersecurity voice for the region across internal and external stakeholders

• Partnering with global technology and risk teams to align on standards and execution

• Building awareness and embedding a strong security culture across the business

What we’re looking for

5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with leadership exposure

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance

Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments

Strong understanding of KSA regulations and NCA standards is highly preferred

Good communication skills in English and Arabic
