Role overview

Operational responsibilities

• Supervise and support service advisors and reception staff; ensure team members follow their roles and responsibilities.
• Perform Service Advisor duties, build customer trust, understand needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and clear customer communications; coordinate work-in-progress updates with reception and workshop teams.
• Answer customer questions about repairs and service, keep customers informed about vehicle status, and help resolve issues.
• Monitor customer recommendations for cost savings, warranties, service contracts, and other value-added services.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, appearance, and customer handling; act as Reception Manager when needed.
• Handle complaints and customer expectations professionally, escalating as required and following company and manufacturer policies.
• Maintain product, service, trend, and promotion knowledge; comply with company, OEM, safety, quality, environmental, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and skills

• At least two years of experience in automotive aftersales or service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and aftersales operations.
• Strong understanding of automotive technologies, industry trends, and manufacturer service standards.
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and other automotive service management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Pay

• The description states monthly pay of AED 3,400 to AED 15,000; the structured salary field lists AED 3,400 per month.
