Car Washer

Role description

Vehicle care and service

• Protect customer vehicles and inspect them for unreported damage or personal articles before starting work.
• Provide washing, polishing, and detailing services using appropriate tools and materials.
• Complete work within turnaround targets and maintain high cleaning standards.
• Update the team about job status and potential completion delays.

Tools and workplace

• Use materials, tools, and workshop consumables effectively to reduce waste.
• Maintain the work location, tools, and equipment neatly and in good operating condition.
• Report loss, breakage, and equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Record job timings and the work performed accurately.

Safety and compliance

• Dispose of waste according to government and company policies.
• Use company-provided PPE and immediately report unsafe practices.
• Follow health, safety, quality, environmental, security, manufacturer, and other company procedures.
• Suggest improvements that reduce non-value-added work and improve customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications and skills

• At least two years of proven experience in a similar automotive dealership as a car washer, detailer, or polisher.
• Disciplined time management and the ability to work under own initiative.
• Efficient use of washing tools and materials.
• Skilled polishing preparation and polishing abilities.
• Understanding of car washing materials and their purposes.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,341.18 to AED 3,572.77 per month.

Work location

• Work is performed in person.
