The Barista prepares and serves beverages to showroom customers, visitors, and staff.
The role supports a welcoming, premium customer experience through hospitality standards, cleanliness, and efficient beverage service.
Core accountabilities
- Greet customers professionally and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment; ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and share customer feedback with managers.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor beverage supplies, minimize waste, and rotate products appropriately.
- Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Work flexibly across shifts.
Knowledge, qualifications, and skills
- 1–3 years of Barista experience, preferably in a showroom, hospitality, café, hotel, or customer-facing environment.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills; good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Barista certification or relevant training is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,700–4,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Schedule
- Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
