Role Overview

Operational Support

• Load and unload cargo from heavy trucks using manual methods or equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks.
• Lift, move, arrange, pad, stack, and secure goods to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist drivers with parking, reversing, difficult maneuvers, route navigation, and communications.

Delivery and Vehicle Handling

• Deliver and stack merchandise at customer locations and obtain receipts or payments when required.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and perform basic checks on cargo and report damage or discrepancies.
• Assist with conveyor systems or unloading equipment when applicable.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow safety protocols for lifting, hazardous materials, weather conditions, and cargo security.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Have at least 1–2 years of experience as a Helper, Loader, Labourer, or similar worker in transport, logistics, warehousing, or a related industry.
• Have a high school education or equivalent.
• Be physically capable of heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and other manual tasks.
• Know safe loading and unloading practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Be willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,265.99–AED 3,155.18 per month.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person.
