Own high-profile cyber security services for UK Government and commercial clients in complex, regulated environments.
The role combines service management, cyber operations, technical coordination and senior stakeholder engagement.
Service delivery duties
- Own service performance and ensure contractual, SLA, KPI and security requirements are met.
- Lead governance, client reviews, performance reporting, major incidents and escalations.
- Coordinate security operations and cyber capabilities, including SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management and incident response.
- Drive service improvement and resilience, support service transitions, and maintain assurance documentation.
- Work with account and commercial teams on performance, resourcing and service growth.
Required experience
- Strong IT service delivery, service management or managed services experience.
- Experience with Government, Defence, National Security, CNI, regulated or commercial clients.
- Knowledge of cyber security operations and managed security services; ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, incidents, risks and improvement.
- Strong stakeholder, communication, governance and reporting skills; knowledge of ITIL-based practices.
- Must hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
Advantageous knowledge
- ITIL 4 experience or certification is advantageous.
- SOC, SIEM, vulnerability management, cyber incident response and Managed Detection and Response knowledge is desirable.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NCSC guidance and Cyber Essentials is advantageous.
