Service Center Administrator / Data & Operations Analyst
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical candidate with strong Microsoft Excel skills and previous experience in a service center or aftersales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records of all service related activities.
- Review, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service center reports.
- Monitor service center KPIs and identify discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring improvement.
- Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Review service center case updates and verify that all information is correctly recorded in the system.
- Conduct data analysis and provide operational insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with service centers to ensure compliance with reporting standards and operational procedures.
- Perform physical stock handling, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support inventory audits and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records.
- Assist in monitoring spare parts movement, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
- Support daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting requirements.
