Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our luxury retail brand's digital presence.
The ideal candidate will create engaging content, maintain a premium brand image across all social media platforms, increase customer engagement, and support marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, stories, and captions that align with the luxury brand identity.
- Manage daily posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor customer comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate with stores, photographers, influencers, and marketing agencies to create premium content.
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities on social media.
- Track social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and retail teams to support brand initiatives and in-store events.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- Photography and short-form video editing skills are highly desirable.
