- We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive our market expansion, build customer relationships, and lead our sales growth journey.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious business growth targets.
- Identify and secure new customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market development.
- Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Collaborate with management to establish the company's sales structure and customer acquisition strategy.
