Service and Repair Technician Assistant

We are looking for Repair Person and Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of euroboor equipment, including drilling machines, sawing machines (band saws, circular saws, chop saws), grinders (angle, air), and bevelling machines .

For all equipment types

Diagnosis: Inspect and troubleshoot machines to identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults.

Repair & Overhaul: Dismantle, repair, or replace defective parts such as motors, gears, spindles, bearings, chucks, drive belts, clutches, hydraulic pumps, valves, and control panels.

Maintenance: Perform scheduled servicing, lubrication, alignment, calibration, and vibration analysis.

Testing: Reassemble and test repaired machines to ensure they meet original specifications and safety standards.

Parts Management: Recommend spare parts and assist in inventory control.

Documentation: Log all repairs, parts used, report the issue and reply to

Safety Compliance: Follow workshop safety rules and ensure machines are electrically/mechanically safe.

Conduct live equipment demonstrations for potential buyers (in-person or via video), showcasing the full functionality of repaired or new drilling, sawing, grinding, and beveling machines.

Explain technical features, safety procedures, and maintenance tips during demos.

Assist the sales team by providing technical input and answering customer questions about machine capabilities and repair history.

Train customers on basic operation and daily maintenance after a repair or prior to sale.

Organize and maintain the spare parts inventory for all machine types.

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming machines for repair or resale.

Prepare outgoing machines (cleaning, basic checks, packaging, and crating) for customer pickup or shipping.

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse layout, including tool storage and parts shelving.

Assist in periodic stock counts and report low-stock items to the supervisor, assist in product assembly ( putting on or taking off laser marking , packing/re-packing)

Help move inventory goods using pallet jacks, forklifts, or team lifting (training provided if needed).

Proven experience (2+ years) repairing two or more of: drilling machines, sawing machines, grinders, or beveling machines.

Knowledge of mechanical drives, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, contactors).

Ability to read technical diagrams, service manuals, and schematics.

Proficiency with hand tools, measuring instruments (calipers, dial indicators, tachometers), and diagnostic meters.

Comfortable speaking with customers and giving live demos.

Physical ability to lift/move machines and assist in warehouse tasks (up to [XX] kg/lbs with assistance).

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience with specific brands (Hilti, DEWALT, Makita, Metabo, DoAll, Behringer, Promotech, etc.).
