Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud Developer
We are looking for a skilled and driven Salesforce developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will design and deliver production-ready features across Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and partners, taking full ownership of recommended solutions from concept through delivery.
- You will bring deep Salesforce expertise and strong communication skills to align technical direction with business goals.
- Lead the delivery of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, guiding the Salesforce team through design, development, and deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into maintainable, scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Design, configure, and oversee the implementation of core Salesforce capabilities including case management, lead and opportunity management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive day-to-day operations, project planning, and sprint execution within an Agile delivery framework.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Aura and LWC frameworks, and Visualforce.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce development best practices, data modeling, design patterns, and platform limitations.
- Hands-on experience with Workflow Rules, Flows, case management, knowledge base, chatbots, Communities, and Service Console customization.
- Experience installing, configuring, and customizing CTI Adapters and CTI Flows; familiarity with backend Lambda functions is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
