Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-oriented Service Advisor with excellent communication skills in **Tagalog and English**.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service experience while promoting automotive repair and maintenance services to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services, costs, and timelines.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional service opportunities.
- Upsell and promote maintenance packages, repairs, and value-added services.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, approvals, and vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proven sales and upselling abilities.
- Fluency in **Tagalog and English**; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in any Emirate within the UAE.
