Job Summary
The Business Development Executive – Warranty Services is responsible for promoting and selling extended warranty packages, service contracts, and related automotive protection products to customers.
The role involves explaining warranty coverage, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell extended warranty plans and automotive protection products to customers.
- Explain warranty coverage, terms, conditions, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable warranty solutions.
- Prepare quotations, agreements, and required sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities and renewals.
- Coordinate with service advisors, insurance teams, and workshop staff regarding warranty-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sales systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warranty procedures.
- Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support related to warranty services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs assigned by management.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive warranty, insurance, or service contracts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of automotive products and warranty processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
