Facilitate service-center operations by managing customer interactions and coordinating manpower and facilities.
Support customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity targets while following company procedures and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles before acceptance, checking body damage, valuables, and accessories, and document findings with the customer.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention through professional engagement; promote a guest-centric and fix-it-right mindset.
- Coordinate job assignments, diagnostics, and final vehicle inspections with Chief Technicians.
- Coordinate parts availability and timely vehicle delivery with the Parts Department.
- Follow up on complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Workshop Floor Manager when needed.
- Monitor repairs and communicate service progress to customers.
Minimum requirements
- More than three years of automotive service operations, customer-service, and service-center experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle inspection, service processes, and coordination with technicians and parts departments.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coordinate with internal service teams.
