Job Description
We are looking for a **smart, energetic, and customer-focused Service Advisor** to join our car detailing operations.
The ideal candidate must have **strong technical knowledge of car detailing services** and be flexible with working hours to support operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and explain detailing services clearly
- Advise customers on **car detailing, window tinting, PPF, car wrapping, and paint work**
- Prepare job cards, service estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate between customers and workshop/technical teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction from vehicle receiving to delivery
- Follow up on ongoing jobs and maintain service quality
- Upsell services when appropriate
Requirements
- **Proven knowledge of car detailing, tint, PPF, wrapping, and paint work**
- Previous experience as a **Service Advisor** (automotive/detailing preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- **Flexible with working hours and shifts**
- Smart appearance with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
