We’re hiring experienced and customer-driven **Service Advisors** to join our growing EVS UAE team.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at communication, coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings
- Prepare estimates, job cards, and coordinate with workshop teams
- Update customers on service progress and approvals
- Ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction levels
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in an automotive service center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with job card systems / ERP preferred
• Monthly Salary - AED 5,000
