Job Opening: Warranty Administrator
**Location:** EVS Dubai – Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
The Role
EVS UAE is looking for a **Warranty Administrator with a strong financial/accounting background** to join our DIP facility.
You will bridge the gap between technical service and financial recovery, ensuring all warranty claims are processed, reconciled, and paid accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- **Claim Management:** Prepare and submit warranty claims for EV components.
- **Financial Reconciliation:** Manage warranty receivables and resolve payment discrepancies/rejections.
- **Costing:** Review repair orders for accurate labor rates and parts pricing.
- **Reporting:** Track recovery rates and provide financial updates to management.
- **Audit:** Maintain "audit-ready" documentation to prevent financial chargebacks.
Requirements
- **3+ years** of automotive warranty experience in the UAE.
- **Educational Background:** Degree in **Accounting or Finance** preferred.
- **Skills:** Advanced **Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and DMS proficiency.
- **Traits:** Detail-oriented with a focus on financial accuracy and cash flow.
- **Location:** Ability to commute to **DIP**.
