EVS is expanding, and we are looking for a **highly professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist** to join our growing team in **Abu Dhabi**.
**Location:** Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
**Salary Range:** AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 (all-inclusive) -
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and walk-ins
- Assist with booking service appointments
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance
- Support administrative tasks for the EVS team
- Coordinate with internal departments when needed
- Manage customer registration, basic documentation, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus not mandatory)
- **Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality**
- **Well-presented and confident in dealing with customers**
- Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service agent, or front desk role
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- **Immediate joiners preferred - FEMALE**
