Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.
- Analyzed the work orders and discussed work with supervisors.
- Prepare invoices.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics.
- Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Record customer vehicle service issues in company database.
- Resolve customer complaints and minor customer service issues.
- Perform customer follow-up contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule vehicle service appointments.
- Welcome customers and make general assessments of vehicle issues.
- Work to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
- Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business.
- Perform after-sales follow-ups and develop strong relationships.
- Guide employees in handling difficult and complex problems and in resolving escalating complaints and disputes.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Dealership Service Advisor experience required
- Able to narrow scope of vehicle issues based on customer descriptions
- Skilled at articulating customer issues with auto staff
- Adapt at handling customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Extensove knowledge of common auto terminology
- Excellent communication skill
- **UAE driving license - must**
- **Good in English, Hindi and Arabic (preferable)**
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
