Prepare the dining hall before service and keep it clean, organized, and fresh while serving clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with restaurant cleaning in the morning.
- Clean all service utensils before each service.
- Help the captain waiter set up the restaurant.
- Keep personal appearance clean and maintain a high hygiene level.
- Help the captain waiter prepare mise en place.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
- Assist the captain waiter in placing food plates on clients' tables.
- Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
- Clear and clean tables after meals.
- Transport dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.
- Work under the captain waiter's guidance and follow their instructions.
