Role overview

Provide accurate, compliant visa-processing support for business and leisure travel, with a focus on customer service, efficient system use, and policy adherence.

The senior role includes handling complex or urgent cases, training new employees, and contributing to service improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Process visa applications, amendments, cancellations, and extensions end to end in line with regulations and internal policies.
  • Support clients and internal teams, resolve queries promptly, and meet service level agreements.
  • Maintain visa records and archive documents for audit and process needs.
  • Coordinate with immigration officials and internal stakeholders on urgent or pending cases and escalate issues as needed.
  • Train and onboard team members, share best practices, and support continuous learning.
  • Prepare operational reports, monitor performance, and suggest service improvements.

Required qualifications

  • Have 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, customer services, or related administrative or operational work.

Advantageous qualifications

  • Familiarity with immigration portals and visa types across business and leisure travel is an advantage.
  • A diligent and accurate approach, customer focus, collaboration, adaptability, clear professional communication, and proactive problem-solving are advantageous.
  • A diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field and prior customer-facing or travel-industry experience are advantages.
