QA is seeking a Senior Technical Learning Specialist for its Delivery function.
The role delivers virtual training while requiring delivery from QA centres and client sites.
The specialist will teach enterprise architecture concepts and help organisations build architecture capability and align business and technology strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training in line with policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve trainer satisfaction and observation targets, use feedback to improve delivery, and conduct peer observations.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of tailored learning programmes and innovative training courses.
- Engage clients to understand their business needs and identify appropriate learning solutions.
- Present, facilitate, and coach learners on complex architecture concepts.
- Apply TOGAF, ArchiMate, architecture repositories, capability-based planning, and architecture governance.
- Develop enterprise architecture initiatives, operating models, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Align business, application, data, and technology architecture with strategic objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of cloud platforms, digital transformation, and modern architectural practices.
- Engage senior stakeholders and communicate architecture recommendations effectively.
Experience
- Experience training, mentoring, or teaching technical content to professionals or students.
- TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification, with experience delivering architecture training or coaching professionals.
- At least 3 years of experience in data systems or research.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
