We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team and support the recruitment needs of our growing construction business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring construction professionals across technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum
- 8 years of recruitment experience
- within the
- construction industry.
- Proven experience recruiting for engineering, technical, site, and corporate positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- UAE/GCC recruitment experience is preferred.
