Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the in-country supply chain strategy in alignment with headquarters and business objectives.
• Plan procurement, import and export, and logistics networks for efficient, stable, cost-effective operations.
• Implement procurement policies and processes, ensuring compliance and cost control.
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, development, and relationship management; maintain a qualified supplier base.
• Oversee transportation planning, logistics provider selection and management, and logistics cost optimization.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery and continuously improve logistics performance.
• Streamline processes, improve resource utilization and service quality, and reduce costs.
• Establish performance indicators and measurable business value.
• Lead the Supply Chain function and build an accountable, high-performing team.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders and headquarters.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, and logistics roles.

Expertise and communication

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and import and export operations.
• Proven cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain strategy experience.
• Good knowledge of supplier networks and sourcing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Chinese is required, with experience in the local and China markets.
• Good English communication skills.
