What You'll Do

• Credit Management: Review customer credit applications, assess creditworthiness, set credit limits and payment terms, and monitor customer credit exposure.
• Collections: Manage collection activities, contact delinquent customers, send payment reminders, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure collection targets are achieved.
• Receivables Management: Monitor AR aging, overdue balances, DSO, and collection performance; coordinate invoicing and take appropriate action when required.
• Customer Accounts: Maintain accurate customer accounts, build effective customer relationships, and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, billing issues, and disputes.
• Cash Application: Ensure customer payments are accurately allocated, accounts are regularly reconciled, and receipts are reconciled with bank statements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve credit, billing, and payment issues and improve internal processes.
• Credit Risk Monitoring: Identify high-risk customers, overdue accounts, and significant credit exposures and escalate them to management.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review reports covering AR aging, collections, credit exposure, DSO, and key KPIs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve credit control procedures, collection efficiency, and overall receivables performance.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in credit control, AR, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, receivables, and collections.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of financial controls and relevant regulations.
