Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Onsite)

Role and work location

Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast inventory.
• Develop, analyze, and present inventory and supplier reports and metrics.
• Review and update inventory settings in the Material Resource Planning (MRP) system.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine desirable suppliers.
• Perform purchasing tasks, including quoting, placing purchase orders, status meetings, order expediting, change orders, and invoice payment.
• Monitor and drive supplier performance.
• Participate in negotiations of purchasing agreements with suppliers.

Required qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel VBA/macros, and Snowflake.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• SAP Material Master experience.
• Continuous improvement process or Lean experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
