Experience and qualifications
- Requires 5–9 years of relevant internal audit or assurance experience.
- Requires a master's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA.
- CIA or CFE certification is preferred.
Audit knowledge and skills
- Requires strong knowledge of the end-to-end internal audit lifecycle, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance.
- Requires experience auditing procurement, HR/payroll, finance, operations, contracts, and IT General Controls.
- Requires advanced MS Excel skills and knowledge of data analytics and audit automation.
- Requires excellent English communication, audit report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Requires knowledge of the IIA's International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF).
Responsibilities
- Conduct and support group internal audit and assurance activities across business functions.
- Assess risks, internal controls, and compliance as part of the audit lifecycle.
- Audit procurement, HR/payroll, finance, operations, contracts, and IT General Controls.
- Use data analytics and audit automation in audit work.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
