Job Summary
The Senior Specialist – Contracts & KPI is responsible for supporting the management of supplier performance, contractual compliance, and operational KPI monitoring across facilities management services within a large-scale, complex operational environment.
The role acts as a key point of expertise in performance analytics, contract compliance, and reporting, ensuring accurate data management, robust KPI tracking, and effective performance monitoring across the FM supply chain within a 24/7 environment.
Supplier Performance Management
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of supplier performance monitoring frameworks.
- Analyse and present supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and service delivery standards.
- Work closely with operational teams and contractors to address performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
KPI Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
- Validate and audit performance data captured in CAFM, CMMS, or ERP systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare detailed operational and contractual performance reports, including presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Analyse trends, identify risks and inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
Contract Compliance & Governance
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and governance requirements.
- Escalate and track non-compliance issues, supporting resolution and performance recovery plans.
- Support supplier onboarding, mobilisation, and performance review processes.
- Contribute to strengthening contract governance frameworks and performance controls.
Data Management & Systems
- Act as a key user for CAFM/CMMS/ERP systems, ensuring effective use for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Develop structured data sets, reporting templates, and automated tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardisation of performance data across multiple service providers.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with FM operational teams, procurement, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment on performance expectations.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery and supply chain performance.
Education
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract management, supplier performance monitoring, or facilities management operations.
- Experience in large-scale, complex, and operationally intensive environments.
- Proven experience in performance reporting, data analysis, and KPI management.
