Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sustenance-track projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform.
- Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and system optimization.
- Coordinate delivery with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
- Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvement.
- Support capacity planning, end-of-day optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Deliver initiatives within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
- Oracle Database.
- WebLogic.
- REST/SOAP/API.
- Integration, ESB, and Kafka.
Experience and Knowledge
- 12–15 years in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation programs.
- Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
- Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Retail and corporate banking experience preferred.
- Hands-on project delivery experience.
