Senior ReactJS Developer position for a marketing technology company, supporting Brevo customer experiences through collaboration with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and development teams.

Full-time permanent placement; payroll and compliance are managed by the marketing technology company.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop robust React applications and lead complex modules with ownership and technical judgment.
  • Create clean abstractions and reusable patterns; write efficient code following DRY principles.
  • Optimize rendering, bundles, caching, and load speeds for application performance and responsiveness.
  • Use unit, integration, and component testing and continuous monitoring to support production reliability.
  • Translate design and functional specifications into production-ready code with modern frontend toolchains.
  • Scale monorepo workspaces through modularization, versioning, and dependency management.
  • Improve build processes, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows; collaborate across teams.

Candidate profile

  • 3+ years of hands-on ReactJS experience, with strong React Hooks, state management, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience leading complex modules or features in large-scale web applications.
  • Strong monorepo knowledge covering workspaces, module isolation, shared libraries, version control, and publish/release workflows.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or similar build systems; CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Competence with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks and reliable test-suite development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Preferred experience

  • High-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology experience is a nice-to-have.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is a plus.
