The AI Solutions Engineer will build and operate voice agents for enterprise client conversations.
The role
- Own how voice agents work for assigned clients, from understanding needs through scaled production operation.
- Work directly with clients and translate objectives into buildable solution scopes.
- Take ownership of open-ended problems and define appropriate approaches.
What you will own
- Build voice agents, scope their conversations, write the logic that drives them, and take them live.
- Support clients across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate from first brief through live calls.
- Design supporting data presentations and workflows when required.
- Monitor production performance and improve what has been shipped.
What we are looking for
- 0 to 2 years of experience, with background open to candidates who have built relevant projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompting.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
- Comfort with ambiguity and initiative to work through it.
- Relevant agents, tools, side projects, or shipped work are valued.
Good to have
- Ability to read or write in multiple languages.
- Exposure to voice AI, conversational AI, or customer-facing deployments.
- Prior experience in consulting, product management, or another client-facing role.
Work arrangement
- The opportunity is described as hybrid and uses the Asia/Kolkata time zone.
