Full Stack Engineer (Voice AI)

Opportunity Overview

Employment and Workplace

• The position is full-time and permanent.
• The role is on-site in Noida and requires working from the office five days per week.
• The expected notice period is seven days and the shift is aligned with Asia/Kolkata time.

Platform and Full-Stack Product

• Build agent configuration, conversation logs, analytics, and bulk campaign controls.
• Design and ship Node.js and Express services for orchestration, queueing, webhooks, retries, and storage.
• Integrate CRM, WhatsApp, calendars, Google Sheets, Meta lead forms, and other services.
• Build Angular interfaces for agent configuration, inbox, review, and reporting.

Real-Time Systems and Integrations

• Build live inbox updates, notifications, streaming data, and event-driven workflows.
• Integrate messaging, CRM, calendar, and LLM providers while handling rate limits and outages.
• Implement non-blocking background jobs for lookups, bookings, and CRM writes.
• Evaluate tools, libraries, and providers for future platform development.

Reliability, Cost, and Scale

• Instrument latency, errors, queue backlogs, integration failures, and infrastructure costs.
• Reduce infrastructure and third-party costs through query optimization, caching, and efficient provider usage.
• Debug production incidents, reproduce issues, and fix root causes.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with prompt engineering and customer success on integrations, fallbacks, and internal tooling.
• Convert client deployment learnings into reusable platform capabilities.

Required Experience and Capabilities

• Production experience shipping applications on the MEAN stack with MongoDB, Express, Angular, and Node.js.
• Ability to own and deliver full-stack features across backend services, APIs, real-time transport, databases, and frontend interfaces.
• Deep MEAN stack knowledge with TypeScript throughout.
• Experience with WebSockets, event-driven architectures, queues, and production third-party API integrations.
• Ability to design MongoDB data models and APIs for multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Ability to profile before optimizing, write readable code, and document implementations.

Preferred Experience

• LLM APIs and tool or function calling experience are preferred.
• Real-time voice or telephony experience with OpenAI Realtime, LiveKit, Pipecat, SIP providers, or similar is preferred.
• GCP or AWS experience at scale is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary is INR 16,000,00–22,000,00 per year based on experience.
