About the Role
The Libra team builds an evaluation platform for subject matter experts to review AI-generated medical content item by item.
The platform supports ratings and feedback against predefined metrics, team progress tracking, and result exports for quality assurance and model improvement.
The engineer will design and deliver robust frontend capabilities for the Libra expert evaluation platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React 18 and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance frontend capabilities for the Libra expert evaluation platform.
- Develop applications using React, TypeScript, Vite, NestJS or Node.js, and Playwright.
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions, development plans, and high-quality implementations.
- Design and implement SPA architecture, routing, API integrations, and reusable UI components.
- Write and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end tests.
- Champion clean code, SOLID principles, engineering best practices, and CI/CD quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in frontend software engineering and scalable web application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React 18, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of SPA architecture, React Router, data loaders and actions, and route-based data flow.
- Strong experience with component libraries, modular styling, and reusable UI components.
- Experience building reliable REST or API integrations using service-layer patterns and centralized API clients.
- Hands-on experience with Vitest, Testing Library, ESLint, strict TypeScript, and CI quality gates.
- Practical knowledge of Vite, Yarn, Docker, nginx, AWS ECS, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments with strong collaboration, ownership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
