Responsibilities
- Manage complex analytics projects from planning through delivery and translate business questions into data solutions.
- Develop data products with product managers, analytics engineers, and technologists, applying governance for reliable, reusable outcomes.
- Influence senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and promote data-driven decision-making.
- Adopt emerging tools and techniques to improve solutions and delivery speed.
- Coach junior colleagues in business engagement, analysis design, and end-to-end project management.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in a data-oriented role and a proven record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong experience preparing and blending data in Excel, Snowflake, or other data platforms.
- Clear communication and ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility, speed, bias for action, detail orientation, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
- AI-assisted product development knowledge and scholarly publishing or research experience are advantageous, not essential.
Location and working pattern
- The role is based in Oxford.
- Flexible hours are available.
