Account Manager

Role overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of Banking, Payments and Lending customers for LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop customer accounts and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
- Create and execute account plans supporting growth and retention.
- Hold business reviews and customer meetings to understand priorities and align solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Maintain forecasts, pipelines and account plans in CRM tools.
- Monitor industry trends and customer challenges for commercial opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven account management, strategic account management or enterprise sales experience managing complex relationships.
- Experience selling or managing complex technology, SaaS, data or risk-based solutions.
- Commercial mindset with a record of revenue growth and customer retention.
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Banking, payments or lending experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of fraud, identity, financial crime, compliance, risk, data or analytics solutions is sought.
Workplace and travel
- The role is listed in London or Cardiff, with a hybrid arrangement requiring two office days per week.
- Regular travel is required to meet customers and attend business meetings.
