Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve full-lifecycle software applications and AI-powered solutions.
• Build and integrate AI capabilities, machine learning pipelines, and intelligent automation into enterprise products.
• Use approved AI tools to streamline workflows and improve software engineering.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for solution design, architecture, and innovation.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams on requirements and specifications.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Troubleshoot production performance bottlenecks, model integration issues, and system defects.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for software and model workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of software development experience.
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot development.
• At least 3 years of experience with AI-powered applications, machine learning workflows, or intelligent automations.
• At least 3 years of experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and data pipelines.
• At least 3 years of experience with relational or non-relational databases.
• At least 2 years of cloud platform experience and AI/ML integration into production applications.
• At least 2 years of experience with CI/CD toolchains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python experience for software development, data processing, or AI model integration.
• Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, model monitoring, versioning, and automated testing.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated domains.

Compensation

• The salary range is $91,700-$163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
• Additional benefits may include incentives, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package.
