Parsons is looking for a Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join the team.
The role maintains overall consistency of quality supervision and leads the quality function on a high-value programme of works.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision.
- Act as line manager of Quality Managers.
- Back up both Quality Managers during their leave or absences.
- Collate and report quality KPIs monthly, with assistance from Reporting Specialist.
- Own the Project Quality Plan and Lesson Learned.
- Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns and focused inspections.
- Review select Contractor Quality key documents including Plans, Audits, and NCRs as Final Approver.
- Mentor and monitor performance of Quality Managers.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field.
- 15+ years experience in a quality role.
- Broad knowledge of quality requirements in foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP.
- Prior experience as the lead Quality role on a high-value programme of works.
- Expert knowledge of construction quality processes.
