Plans, designs, and oversees construction and infrastructure development.
Ensures site work from earthworks through utility installation follows engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.
The role involves civil engineering, site development, and military housing standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
- Supervise and inspect grading, drainage, water, sewer, electricity, and road works on site.
- Ensure construction complies with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
- Coordinate site execution with structural, MEP, and architectural teams.
- Develop work schedules and allocate resources; monitor daily operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
- Conduct quality checks against project specifications and standards.
- Maintain daily reports, labor logs, material usage records, and inspection reports.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews and site inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in civil or site engineering.
- Experience with military, government, or institutional housing projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
